FS#390 - Notiz Symbol auf dem Mobile Device anzeigen.
Display a "note" icon when a time entry has a description. (You do this with the desktop app which is great.) Currently, when I look at time entries on my WP in Overview, I cannot tell which ones have a description. I have to open each time entry to check which is very time consuming. Please add an icon indicator when listing the time entries in WP like the desktop version.
