FS#391 - Abrechnungszeitraum 2 Wöchentlich / 2 Monatlich (speziell US)

Provide user selectable “bi-weekly” and “bi-monthly” reporting periods for Windows desktop and WP applications. In the USA, most businesses use one of these two reporting periods for time sheets. Note: bi-weekly period = every two weeks from a user defined start day (26 periods per year). bi-monthly period = 1st to the 15th of the month and 16th to end of month (24 periods per year). Your applications would be much more useful for USA customers if these periods were included.

The bi-weekly reporting (timesheet) period can start on any day (including Thursday). But most companies in the USA use Monday as the start day and the period ends on Sunday.
